Republican New Year tree - 2024

Information summary

For two years in a row we were entrusted with the task of making a Republican New Year tree, creating a holiday for children, immersing them in a fairy tale, putting on a show.

For the second year in a row, our team is organizing one of the largest and most significant events in the pre-New Year period - the Republican New Year Tree with the participation of Rais of the Republic Rustam Minnikhanov. This year, a record 17,000 children from all over the Republic attended the New Year's event, which is why we held two performances on one day!

Immerse children in an atmosphere of magic, create memories that will remain in the heart - a colossal amount of diverse work has been done for this:

• Our ALGA CREATIVE came up with the concept, technical solutions for each scene of the performance, wrote the script and exercised full artistic control throughout the entire implementation.
• ALGA STUDIO team created multimedia content, created a libretto and poster. The content was developed taking into account a 360° perspective, and projections for interaction with the scenery and artists.
• administration of the entire project, selection of artists, organization of rehearsals, writing songs, literary text in both languages - all this was done by ALGA SHOW.
• ALGA EXPO worked on visualization, selection of color solutions, and supervised the implementation of production and production of decorations.
• ALGA MANUFACTURA developed drawings and designs for complex objects, and produced the key props of the show - the train and the Christmas tree.

We held the Christmas tree, 7 meters high and decorated with Tatar patterns, under the dome of the Tatneft Arena and lowered it on winches.

But the main attribute of our New Year's performance was an 8-meter long train - a separate independent mobile stage area on which theatrical actions took place as they moved from station to station. The mechanism of operation of the train is our own engineering development. Here, special attention was paid to details: the mechanical operation of the wheels, “smart” lighting with the ability to switch colors at each station, and the installation of a smoke device.
